I have been in education for over 30 years and in that time, in one way or another, I have been involved in creating, planning and implementing new food processes and ideas with food and food safety. As an educator, I have been involved in many food retail businesses in New Zealand, the UK, and the Middle East.
My background has given me the opportunity to study and analyse how food retail businesses operate and more importantly how to make their food safe.
